$19 Transfers per Firearm
All FFL transfers are only $19 and are handled by appointment only. In order to offer you a transfer at a great price, there are a few things you should understand to simplify this process:
Because our location does not have public hours, all transfers are completed by appointment only. Once your transfer arrives, has been checked into our system, and is ready for pickup, we will contact you to set a time to come in. Often, we can accommodate you same day, but will verify appointment availability once we reach out to you. WE ONLY ACCEPT SHIPMENTS OF FIREARMS VIA UPS OR FEDEX. Please relay this information to the shipping dealer. USPS attempts its deliveries prior to our business hours, and we will not go to the post office to pick up your package, and it will be returned to sender. All deliveries must be made to our place of business during normal hours.

Have you already read our FAQ section and know how this works? Great! Email us your transfer info (your name, phone number, type of gun, and seller name and email address) or order confirmation and we’ll do the rest. Once your firearm is received at our location, we will call you to confirm which day you’d like to come transfer your gun.
Sales Tax on Your Transfer
Because we must collect 8.1% sales tax on your purchase, your receipt from the seller showing the price paid including shipping charges MUST ACCOMPANY THE SHIPMENT. It is your responsibility to notify the seller to put a copy of the invoice in the box with the shipment.

What is an FFL transfer?
The FFL transfer process involves two Federally Licensed Firearm dealers (otherwise known as type 01 FFLs) shipping a firearm from one to the other. This can also be a transfer from a private party in another state to a licensed dealer in your state. In order to complete the process, the shipping dealer/private party has the legal responsibility of verifying that the receiving dealer is a legitimately licensed entity. This process involves exchanging paper or electronic copies of their licenses prior to the shipment of goods.
How do I initiate the transfer?
Once you and the seller have agreed on payment terms, simply forward us a copy of your email confirmation that you received from the seller. This can be the winning bid notice sent out by gunbroker.com or an order confirmation or whatever you have. Make sure you include your seller’s name, email address, phone number, your name and phone number, and what kind of gun you’re buying.
My dealer needs a copy of your FFL. How do I get that to them?
If you’re buying from another licensed dealer, we will provide them with a copy of our FFL. We will not provide this to unlicensed individuals.
My transfer is coming from a private party. How do we do that?
No problem. Your seller can legally ship the firearm directly to us without another transfer dealer involved. But make sure the private party seller includes a legible copy of his/her valid driver’s license in the shipment, along with their phone number and email address. If they are shipping us a handgun, this can only be legally shipped via UPS or FEDEX overnight service. Per postal service regulations, private parties may not use USPS to ship handguns. Long guns can ship ground via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS. We do not provide copies of our FFL to private parties.
I'm so excited! When can I pick up my gun?
Your transfer will be ready for pickup 1-2 business days after we receive it from the carrier. Please do not call or email us with your tracking info showing that it was delivered to our shop! All receiving is done after hours. We will contact you after it’s been properly logged and set an appointment for your transfer.
Where's the law about paying Sales Tax in Nevada?

Do I have to pay sales tax on my online / out-of-state purchase?
Yes. As of January 26, 2015, the Nevada Department of Taxation mandates the collection of sales tax on all firearms transfers, which is currently 8.1% in Clark County. The $19 transfer fee itself is also now taxable. The taxable amount of your firearm is based on your full purchase price plus shipping. Your seller MUST include a copy of your receipt with the shipment. It is your responsibility to make sure the seller complies with this request. We cannot transfer the firearm without your receipt. ZERO EXCEPTIONS!
Do I have to pay sales tax on a gun that's a gift?
No. But your sender needs to include a signed letter stating such, and that no money was involved. This letter needs to included the full name and address of the sender. Your sender MUST include this letter with the shipment. It is your responsibility to make sure the sender complies with this request. ZERO EXCEPTIONS!
But what if I'm buying from a "casual seller"?
You’ve probably heard that if you buy from a casual seller, then you don’t have to pay sales tax. Since we have no way of verifying an out-of-state casual seller (someone who sells 1-2 firearms annually) from an individual who sells guns on a regular basis, all transfers involving money will be taxable. ZERO EXCEPTIONS!
